What date did the Jan 31 return date go effective on both QVC and HSN?

I'd like to know, too.  I looked on the website but it just says "from now on" So that's not very helpful.  Sorry LOL

Returns for exchanges never work.  I returned some pjs and do not have my size now because it took so long for the exchange.  They did but now out of luck.

So no purchases for me in the clothes department.  Never have the size I need and if they do it is in a different color and that might work but can't decide then like you can in the stores.  

I like the Q for most things but I have decided to be more choosey.  I need to pull away.  

I usually have  good luck but now and then I need to exchange because of size even after checking out garment measurements.
