I didn't realize QVC had a social team!   That is good to know!  I always callcustomer service with any issues and I have always been helped.

The new shipping policies continue to disappoint.  I ordered two Aerobeds, they show as "shipped" two days ago, but the tracking information is not available.  This has happened many times. Some orders get delivered, and he tracking information never registers at all.  I'd like to be home when the beds arrive because I don't want such large packages left outside in the Florida heat.  Tracking and delivery information is crucial in planning my daily schedule.  And I HATE the added charge on returns.  I have passed on MANY purchases because of the two-way shipping cost.  Amazon is getting more and more of my online biz!

Me too.  I belong to Amazon Prime:  one annual fee (substantial) but fast shipping/excellent tracking, fantastic customer service, kindle, et al.
