The issue is no one dresses up anymore. He likes to design the Ladies Who Lunch set. So he has to bring in what actually sells. Casual work clothes for the office , the occasional Easter dress, the retiree's  errands clothes. The moms of kids are in yoga pants and a hoodie. Jeans are making a slight comeback but they tend to wear the ones that fit good and look good to death, their favorite pair. Like he says " Beer on a pier" is audience.

Isaac and those paying him under his employment contract know what is selling.

I like him however this morning he and Teri were selling the TSV dress(or something else) with a godet, and he just couldn't define a godet.

I saw that, @jackthebear . He could learn from Susan Graver who loves explaining gordets. 

I like Isaac and enjoy him sometimes. He's very interesting: his attention span is very short. It's hard to keep him on focus. I wonder if he might have a little ADHD. His mind works quickly and jumps around fast. I wonder how he and Jennifer can even communicate.
