Is there a way to get response notifications by email?

Sometimes I ask a question in one of the threads on these forums. But in order to see if anyone responded, I have to go back into the original thread and find my post to see if anyone responded. I think that QVC should have a system so that we can be notified via email if our questions have been answered. I appreciate the community section they have set up, but I think they need to take it a step further and notify us of any responses to our queries.
