There was a time when, if you had to call customer service, the representatives were always helpful and friendly. I had to call today regarding double posting of an authorization on my debit card and the representative was so rude and unhelpful. I honestly wonder what is happening to QVC. It just isn't the same company as it was in the past. The customer is certainly not considered important, in my opinion. Less and less purchases from me in the future.
