I have been trying for Months to get this magazine. It started last Sept or Oct. I sent the E-mail,they responded that it would take about 8 weeks..Well 8 weeks came and nothing. I re-emailed them and they answered and sent me a magazine in January,saying that I should be getting it every month..Well,you guessed it..NOTHING since January..so, I recently e-mailed them again and this morning they CALLED ME!
They apologized for all the confusion and they said they are working on correcting this and in the meantime she is mailing me May & June..

It took a couple attempts to get it going for me. I've received them 3 months in a row, so I think it's fixed. Plus this month I also got the email link.

I sent an initial email request for the magazine on 8/31/15 and got my first issue in the mail in November 2015. I've gotten the email links since November, I think.
In February, I posted that I never got the January issue in the mail and one of the Mods (I think Beth) got on the horn and mailed me the January and February issues, which I got like two days later. No problems since then.
I think they get a lot of requests, at times more than others, and it does take awhile to fully kick in/cycle through. My sister put in a request in March and was told she'd get her first issue in the mail in June.

I meant to add this:
Make sure your all of your contact information is up to date with your QVC account. Correct email, mailing address, and phone number.

I have had the same problem I was getting it for months no problem never received April 2016 and now it's almost May and I still haven't received the May issue I call customer service and I get a different answer every time I email them I get a generic reply the April issue went out late will resend it to you but come on it's been eight weeks no April issue and now no May issue to be quite honest with the amount of money I spend at Qvc they should overnight me a copy of the silly magazine I don't know what's going on with Qvc and their customer service but I have noticed they're not as helpful as they once were

I just tried to sign up with Insider Q, and received the message that they are sold out.

@Carol08 I was able to get you signed up for the Insider.
Please know that it may take between one and two months to begin receiving paper copies, once you begin receiving paper copies you can elect to receive Insider Magazine via e-mail. You can do this by visiting your account preferences on QVC.com, simply elect to receive e-mails! If you have any additional questions, please feel free to reach out to our Customer Service team at 888-345-5788.

This doesn't work as I've tried signing up for the email version repeatedly over the years and nothing happened. I do get the magazine but why not the email? I also signed up for the preview order for TSV's emails and don't get those. It's frustrating when a TSV comes on and sells out in one airing because those who got the advanced email already ordered before it aired (ex. Barbara Bixby Flower ring sold out in 15 minutes.) I do get the daily TSV emails which is not the same as the preorder TSV emails.

@Susan-QVC, I get the paper copy of the Insider but I do not get the email link, nor do I receive the TSVpre-order emails. I used to receive them but no longer. I am signed up to receive QVc emails, so that is not the issue. Can you please check on this for me?

Is anyone going to address our comments or are we going to continue to be ignored? Surely someone should be able to look into this and give us some kind of response. Not cool Q!
