Same here. In fact, I got two copies of the Insider for February. One was in a manila envelope from Beth (hand written address) and the other copy was in a white envelope, (typed address). I gave the duplicate copy to my bestie who also orders a lot from the Q.
I never got a copy of the March Insider, so I really appreciate blue skies posting the TSV's in advance.
I have ordered four items since January 27, 2017. I will also be ordering the Dynatrap TSV, so soon it will be five items. So, as you can see, it is not an issue with not being a regular customer.

I have repeately signed up for the Insider and have never received one copy.

I agree. Not receiving the Inside Q magazine is certainly not because I don't order from the Q. I place a minimum of 3 orders per month on average. If it wasn't for Beth, or someone on the team, I would never receive it.

not sure what happened to mine this last few months too and I order at least x4 a month .I do enjoy having a preview of the TSVs

I am having the same experience. Been receiving the insider for years - even when there was a charge. Stopped receiving late last year. Got a brown envelope mailing of the February insider but nothing for March or April.
Called, posted and no resolution. Never get the email copy anymore either.
