@ladyone, your notification didn't work so I'm adding a few here. I'm sorry you and others are having problems. I've never subscribed to the Insider, but frankly I think it's puzzling that it's so difficult to be added to the hard-copy and email mailing lists and then remain there.

Thank you dooBdoo for letting me know. Maybe you can help me. I can't remember how to send a message to a particular person like those you listed. I can reply to a message. I looked under the help button in the upper right, but it had no info on how to send. Doing something like this is new and hard nowadays for me to figure out. If you would be so kind as to help me, I will write it down and keep it handy.

I have had problems starting in November on getting the December Insider and all issues since then, including the March 2017 issue. I've had it sent to me by Customer Service, but received it into the next month, after some TSV's were over with I would have liked. As I've stated in the Forums to Customer Service, the magazine is so much more helpful to me since I have a dementia problem. I've been w/ QVC since the days of paying for the subscription. I've done everything customer service said online, over the phone, and via emails, and still have monthly problems. It is somewhat hard for me to keep trying to fix this problem.
As to having an order in a rolling 12 month period, I meet that, and have several on AD. I've also tried to get setup for the online version to use once in awhile, but that doesn't work either. PLEASE, CAN YOU HELP ME FINALLY RESOLVE THIS ISSUE, AND SEND ME A MARCH 2017 issue? Thank you so much in advance.

I will work on resolving this issue and in the meantime I will manually mail you copies of the InsiderQ. I don't have to hand the March issue but will certainly have it by the end of the week.

No one seems to be addressing the reason why customers are continually deleted from the subscriber list. It seems very inefficient, to me, to resolve individual complaints without getting to the root of the problem.
