I received the February issue by hand mailing in a brown envelope. Thank you for that. However, I have not received the March issue and it will soon be time for the April issue. I am wondering if any of the people on this thread have been receiving their issues again after not receiving them for awhile.

After several emails, they said I am back on the list to receivie the Q Magazine. I will see, but I haven't received an issue since November like the rest of you. I don't know what happened and why I stopped getting it! And I have never gotten the online issue.

I did not receive February or March. Contacted the Social Team and included my original 2015 subscription request.
They asked me to let them know if I did not get the March Insider. So far no response.
I wish this problem would be resolved, once and for all.

Because we reserve insideQ for customers with recent purchases, periodically we update our mailing list and REMOVE addresses where there no longer seems to be an interest in ordering from QVC.
Hope this explains their logic! For me wish other UNwanted magazines, catalogs, etc. would stop filling my home mailbox OR email!

@dooBdoo@, I continually order from QVC so the post you reference from @Beth-QVC does not shed any light on the reason I recently stopped getting the Insider - again.

I thought more about this and my question is: Why are active buyers culled from the subscriber list?

I am no longer getting my Insider Magazine either in the mail or on line. How can I fix this.

I am sorry....I have sent your details to our team that is trying to figure out why customers are not receiving their magazines. In the meantime I have put the March issue in the mail for you.
