Am I out of the loop or what. I have not received an Inside Q magazine in 4 or 5 months and customer service told me today they are phasing it out. It would have been nice (and courteous) if they had mentioned it in an issue of the mag or something instead of just leaving people wondering what happened. I really enjoyed reading it each month.

I got one this month (February issue).  In fact, it came only a day or two after the online edition became available, which is early for me.

I emailed CS yesterday, because I didn't get a January Insider and no February one.  They said allow 2 months to get them now.  How long does it take to slide 2 magazines in a brown envelope.  They didn't mention phasing it out.

I received mine for February this week. I have mixed feelings about them phasing it out. With their sales down 6% in last quarter of 2016, guess additional cuts will have to be made somewhere. Heard on radio news show about their 6% decline in sales.

Hmmmm, that's strange.  In the Feb issue on pg 28, in part it states....

 

RECEIPT OF INSIDEQ ''Because we reserve InsideQ for customers with recent purchases, periodically we update our mailing list and remove addresses where there no longer seems to be an interest in ordering from QVC."

 

Nothing about phasing out.

Phasing it out, or sending it only to recent purchasers, would be counterproductive if they want to increase sales, which continue to decline. JMHO.

I have never heard of this magazine until one day I heard it mentioned in this forum.

Never heard it advertized on the Q or read about it on the website.
