I'm still getting the print mag but have not received an email for the online version since JULY.

It's good news to know that the Inside Q is still being produced. I enjoy reading it and many times order ahead of time. It is so much easier to use the actual printed copy than to rely on the e-copy. I wish it was more predictable in it's USPS delivery every month.
Costco has an amazing magazine each and every month. It always arrives in the mail on time. It has great articles, columns, celebrity featured article, and product development features. I end up reading the entire issue. The February issue is over 110 pages. I guarantee that I spend a lot more money at Costco warehouse and Costco...com because I get out a bold marker and circle the items I am interested in buying, that I would have missed in the store and online only offers. I'm the type of consumer that makes a list, gets in, and gets out. No sample tasting either!

I requested this magazine either online or print and every month nothing.. They keep saying it will be sent.. Now this has been going on for fourth months and still no magazine at all.. Can anyone at the Q fix this problem so I can get the magazine and stop telling me it is on the way?????????

I am the person who started this thread on 1/19/17. I took handygal's advice and emailed QVC Social Team. I was told I was on the mailing list and they would try to straighten it out. I already knew I was on the mailing list because I used to receive it like clockwork. Then 6 months ago boom- it just stopped. Unlike World Traveler who has received it 3 times in 6 months, I have received nothing. Like others, I have called CS many times and I think they just tell you what you want to hear because they don't have any answers to the problem, as stated by the one I talked to who said the magazine "was being phased out."

We have sent your details to our InsideQ group who is trying to work out the issues we are experiencing with the consistent delivery of the InsideQs. In the meantime, I will send you the February copy and the March when it is available.

I have forwarded your details to the InsideQ department to find out what is going wrong as I do see you are enrolled. In the meantime, I have placed Feb in the mail for you and will also send March's when available.

Yup, I, too have posted a few times about this situation and keep getting reassured that the magazine will start arriving in my inbox each month. Yet, nothing.
I finally found a link on a Facebook page and am saving it in my e-mail in hopes it will work for future issues. I have no idea why a QVC customer service representative couldn't have done the same exact thing? So frustrating and silly, how long this has taken with abolutely no resolution. Whoever is "working to get this fixed," either isn't "working" at all, or doesn't quite know what they are doing.
