He hasn't been the same since his major weight loss. Some people like David, truly love food and I think the job he excelled at for that very reason, now torments him.

His presentations are so repetitive that it's boring to watch. I don't think adding the new host Rachel to his show was a good idea either. She just smiles all wide-eyed and shakes her head to agree with everything being said, but it comes across as an act rather than as someone who's really interested in the products. I think she'd be better off paired with someone else selling something else.

I agree. Maybe its retirement time.
I totally agree. It seems forced when he's presenting.

If the item being sold as a TSV comes in colors, that's literally ALL he seems to be focused on these days. So boring. I've noticed some other hosts don't tend to focus on this.

I have to agree. Rachel is a beautiful girl but seems like David's puppet. Actually all his taste testers are the same; taste, make a face like it's the best thing ever, shake their heads in agreement, swallow, describe what sensation they felt, run off the scene. then David exclaims how amazing it is and tells us to hurry because red only has 600 left.

Funny you should write this. I watched Curtis for a bit last weekend and enjoyed him very much. He's a real chef and restauranteur, though, not just a sales guy who cooks dinner at home. I don't think QVC will do a thing to change DV. I think he moves a ton of product. Until that changes, or he quits--ITKWD will hum along as-is.
