Newsflash QVC Quality Control -- you don't institute new strategies during the holidays. QVC Quality Control must be manned by complete morons. Ever since they partnered with HSN it's gotten even worse, but what's funny is that my HSN orders are right on time, when expected, and QVC decides to tell you after the fact that something is backordered or it's en route but they don't know what that means.
Get it together QVC. Amazon has nearly all your brands.
The excuse that the warehouse is going through changes is beyond getting old. I heard that in Feb 2018 too.
During my working years, I managed a dept that handled incoming and outgoing mail for a huge international corporation. We went through lots of changes too. If we ran into an issue, a solution (even if temporary) was implemented within 24 hours. Our goal was to do what's needed for clients and to stop making excuses.
