Exactly!   People need to stop scrutinizing everything from their own lens and pick up on the sentiment. Some people think others should say and do what they want rather than accept people for who they are.

i cannot dwell on something i don't like

i rather enjoy what i do like

makes me a happier person

however, i am trying to tolerate others choosing to dwell on what they don't like.    i struggle with this.

You are quite rude to assume I watch  a shopping channel 24 hours a day and telling me to just stop watching.  I spend maybe an hour a day on any tv but that's none of your business.  I stated an opinion. That I felt like stating in the moment.  I stand by it.
Why don't you stop letting others posts  that you don't agree with just stop letting it bother you so much you are compelled to write a rude response. Get off your high horse.

If only it was confined to July. We will be pounded with it until Christmas Eve. I view the guide on my TV and just don't watch Christmas in July on any channel. Everything is commercialized, selling junk to people trying to fill the emptiness.

I am soooo tired of hearing about Christmas in July.  And the back to school items are stocked in stores...Can we just enjoy JULY and the simple joy of SUMMER!?!?!?!?!?!

I don't think posters dwell on what they don't like. They are voicing an opinion.  You can avoid struggling with this by not opening posts about it.
