Re: I DON'T THINK AMAZON HAS ANYTHING TO WORRY ABOUT WITH QVC

[ Edited ]

I certainly don’t expect or want QVC to be an Amazon clone. However, I do expect QVC to improve on its own business model.

It seems to me, most new policies at QVC are seldom for the customer’s benefit. For a few examples: the loss of the Q Insider and the infamous change to the Wish List. I think these developments were against the wishes of many. Yet, they stand.

I don’t know what business model includes antagonizing customers.

@ Montana How did they change the wish list?  I put things on it, but never go back to look at it, lol.

I used to shop on Amazon but refuse to any more....

These are a few of the reasons why:

@Puppy Lips  I never look at my wish list either. But many complained about no longer being able to store information on the wish list that was important to them. There were a lot of discussions about it on the forums.
