The amount of time it takes QVC to deliver a package is ridiculous.  I ordered a SG item on Nov 12 and it still has not arrived.  Today is the 22nd.  The item sat for 4 days waiting for processong, Apparently the Q needs to hire more people and get with the times.  Most quality places now get items delivered in a matter of a few days.  I know this has been brought up numerous times, but I needed to vent.  Do you suppose if enough people complain they might make some improvement in regards to shipping?

@kathyt01Maybe - although the complaints have been going on for several years, so I wouldn't hold my breath if I were you.

I am one of the more fortunate buyers because I get close to 100% of all my orders several days before their EDD.  If I cared about getting them faster, I'd look elsewhere for delivery time, but right now I just look for the product I want and then the best price for that product.  When QVC wins, I buy here.

What I don't understand much at all is why there's such a disparity from one part of the country to another. I do know no matter whether I'm in Florida or NY, my timing is about the same.  That doesn't seem to be true for lots of areas.

When I order from HSN, my orders arrive within a few days (always).  I don't order much from QVC anymore......mostly Josie Maran stuff.

And how annoying is it when ups drops off the package for delivery by usps.........

Even more delay.  I have started shopping elsewhere because of this.  And most companies offer free ship and returns.

In recent days I have ordered from BB&B, Macy's, HSN and Blair.  All of them have faster delivery times than QVC.  Don't quite understand why.

It's hit or miss for me.  Some QVC orders come quickly, others take a bit longer.

@kathyt01 Do not hold your breath on QVC changing, it is all about the money for them, Customer Care is no longer a high priority to them!

@2blondeYou have to order from where you get what you want.

If I bought more than I do, maybe I'd try HSN again because it has been years, but so far I'm not unhappy with what I order from QVC, about 90% of which is skincare and it was HSN skincare years ago that I hated.  Doesn't matter how fast something comes if I don't like it.

Nearly every item that passes through Hodgkin, Illinois to So. CA adds delays to delivery.

I was shocked to receive the TSV ordered on 11/19 in my mail today.  That is a record, but then again order shipped from Fresno.
