To me the TSV is really not much of a value and nothing has caught my eye....like is years past, TSV's were much more interesting and a value.

I refuse to admit I need reading glasses to read all the time. I often see things completely wrong. It's quite funny what I see at times.

Very few!  I have been burned in the past by poor quality...especially shoes or boots.  Maybe between 1-3, including Big Deals.

@Lali1  In recent years, maybe once or twice a year.  

Prior to that when I was purchasing big ticket things like a Kitchen Aid mixer, stand or hand, or Vitamix, for myself or for  gifts, I was much more apt to take advantage of the TSV because that is usually the type of item with considerable savings between free or reduced shipping, additional accessories included, excellent percent of savings off normal suggested retail value, and being a known, reliable brand.

With the smaller ticket items I often wait to see reviews before a TSV purchase since the savings are much less from the getgo.

I always comparison shop before purchasing, by the way, online and store flyers.
