Click in the link in my signature. You'll find a post and a thread that has lots of help for the forums. One of those is a link to a post about how to do a search that will show you a page like the My Activity page on the old forums.

If you like or agree with a post, you can just click on the heart icon. You don't have to reply and quote just to say "I agree." The number beside the heart shows how many people have hearted that post. (Hearts on your own posts appear gray - to you - because you can't heart your own posts.)
