I was told by someone in Customer Service that if I bought something for Christmas already that it would still apply to the January 31st return date. I hope I wasn't misled.

I actually just called Customer Service again and was told the January 31st return policy started in July. That's what I originally thought, but glad I checked.

Those saying it began in July, are you sure that the CS person didn't mean that the Christmas in July items (only) purchased in July were returnable until Jan. 31? That's been true for a long time. So are you sure they didn't just mean the Christmas in July purchases?

I was interested in the TSV for my DD for Christmas gift. But she is in between size and really would have to try it on to see the fit! She is smaller in frame but larger in chest. And also, some of the reviews stated the the arms are quite close fitting.

I called CS today and asked if I bought it today but Christmas 2017, the sweater did not to fit....could we get refund? (I doubt there would be any left to exchange.) He said no!! Christmas - other than Christmas in July shows - refund does not start until later ......

I just called Customer Service again. Here is what I was told. The September 23rd date is the date that the actual policy for the January 31st return policy begins. However, if you have purchased items that are for Christmas gifts and you purchased them after Christmas In July, but before the September 23rd date, as long as you tell QVC that the item IS a Christmas gift, the January 31st return policy will apply to that item (or items). I hope I'm making sense.
