I am stumped! Have never had this issue before. But audio seems to be working fine on other websites. It's not working on the QVC website. I'm using,a new iPad, just set up from iCloud yesterday, and all seems to be working great. But I just can't get the audio on QVC videos to work.
Does anyone have suggestions for what I could try? I've restarted, checked volume controls, and checked to be sure the volume icon on videos is in the on position.
Thanks!

@SilleeMee @Thanks I forgot to say I had tried that too and nothing changed. It is so weird. There's no problem on my new iPhone 17. Maybe I should contact Apple.

Funny you should post this.. I am also having the same problem with QVC sound. This is also a relatively new IPad. I've tried everything too. It's only QVC. I'll continue to search for an answer, and please post if you find a solution.

Again, this is so weird. I just downloaded the app and audio works fine there. I just don't care for using the app. But how strange!
I called customer Service and the rep reported the problem to my account for someone to check into it. That was very nice, and good but I don't know that I expect anything, unless others report the same problem.

I have an older iPad (not ancient though) and have noticed that the audio doesn't play on items which have already been presented. I cleaned the cache and history and tried different browsers (Safari and Firefox) but that doesn't help at all. Now I do get audio when it's "live." Even my daughter who does computer coding and web design for a living can't figure this new problem out.

No problems with my audio on my Chromebook. Must be something wrong with the app on certain devices. Maybe try reinstalling the app.

Or maybe it's the Operating Systerm/Browser version.
For example, on my older Mac which can no longer be updated so Chrome Browser can also not be updated since the next update needs a newer OS version will no longer work with Ancestry. It happened recently, and there is a disclaimer on Ancestry's website that it might be incompatible with older browsers. Luckily, for now, Firefox still works although I don't care for how it handles multiple open tabs. I only use that computer for Ancestry and it's holdings and doing Obit lookups in the browser. I have a newer Mac for most of my stuff.
So, since these are new iPads, maybe it's somehow incompatible with the older software it seems QVC uses.

Not an iPad issue, but weird nonetheless..... For months now on my TV, QVC is the only channel that is barely audible unless I turn the volume up nearly full blast. All my other channels are fine. Don't know what caused this but it just started happening out of the blue. 🤷📺📢

I'm suspecting incompatibility with the new iPadOS 26.1 which is now what I have on the new iPad. Previously I was using version 18 something and there was no issue.
