Always take FULL advantage of a warranty.
Call Apple & have them check Q's audio on their website while you are on the phone. This way they will be able to advise you of what the issue is......you or Q or both.

@Thats Me I have the same problem in my new IPad. No problem on any other website I think calling Apple Support is what I'm going to have to do. they are great abd can usually walk you through. They will probably ask you if they can get on your device while you are on the phone with them.

Open QVC. Click on Safari at the top of your screen or in your apps and select settings for qvc.com. Sometimes Apple wants you to select sound for some websites.
You may need to adjust your sound settings under Settings, Sounds.

Same problem here, not so new iPad, iOS 26.1
tried in Safari and Google Chrome, only live streams have audio, nothing on any other videos. Tried on my iPhone, works fine with iOS 26.1

The big iOS 26 update and subsequent tweaks were when the audio issue began for me, so you are right as far as I'm concerned (I have maintained websites mainly on Macs for over 27 years).
I have called Customer Service and was told they would tell the tech team. Right. They are no doubt inundated with complaints and are told to placate customers with the, "Oh, I'm so sorry! I'll pass along your problem...." line. I believe the techies are ignoring the issue (they know full well there's a huge problem) due to costs to make their system compatible or incompetence.
Apple tightened up security in 26.1 that perhaps isn't meshing with QVC's system. QVC.com has consistently had issues and is in dire need of a complete overhaul / redesign, but my bet is they won't take it down for any lenghth of time to switch it over for fear of losing a buck. Instead, the monsterous thing will probably crash irretrievably at some point and they'll really lose their shirts.
Continue to call and complain. It's ridiculous we have to, but they need to wake up and FIX their darn site.
