I received the wrong item, called customer service weeks ago. The rep was very nice and told me she would e-mail a return label, and send me the correct product. I did receive the correct product, and I returned the wrong product.   Then QVC simply mailed me the wrong product back to me  again (I tracked, they received). I called CS and could not get a rep, only '"special offers" to purchase something i did not want.  I need advice, TIA.
