Has Q ever rejected your return?

I really want to return a clothing item that has been washed. As I suspected the linen pants did not hold up well after washing.

The Q always says 30 day unconditional guarantee. So any experiences where Q rejected your return?

As long as it’s within the 30 day return period I can see no reason why QVC would refuse the item for refund.

Re: Has Q ever rejected your return?

To answer your question...yes.

But, it wasn't for wearing or washing anything.  I never wear or wash anything...return everything in new condition, but I can see why shoppers want to find out how their purchases hold up in the washer and dryer.

I ordered 3 bras at the same time.  All received in different packages.  None fit, so since they were going to the same address, I wisely put them with their return slips in one bag and returned.

QVC's return department returned the same package I sent that had been opened by someone in the returns department...a new label affixed addressed to me...QVC paying to ship it back to me.  No note inside to know why it was returned.

I returned them separately and was issued a refund for all three, but charged return shipping for all three.  Never purchased bras again and won't.

I heard other people returned worn and laundered clothing that was accepted for return.  Mark the pants as defective.  All you can do is give it a try.

About 15 years ago I bought a beaded bracelet. The bracelet broke and beads flew everywhere during a lunch meeting.I called cs and they said ok to return but I told them I was too embarrassed at the time to run around retrieving beads from under tables and chairs. They just credited me on the spot.I thought that one would be tough to claim but thanks to Qs great cs no problem.I have never been refused a claim for refund or return.

That is a very strange story. I have combined multiple unrelated returns in the same package without any incident.

Re: Has Q ever rejected your return?

I did once years ago. I returned some Denim & Company pants in the wrong product bag which was evidently coded with the older order number with a letter saying it was past time to return.

(I was comparing different sizes and colours - some had been ordered earlier.)

They returned the pants which had actually been from a newer order but, in the wrong bag. I called Customer Service but, told it was too late to return and no refund for my return shipment either so, I just donated the pants. At that point I just felt lucky they didn’t charge me for returning my return to me!

Based on the details, there would be no reason for the return not being accepted

You shouldn't have any problem if it's within the 30 day return period.  30 plus years and I have never had anyone tell me that QVC denied a returned item.
