@OKPrincess Sort of.  QVC does a lot of "lives" where you can comment as the item is being presented but it moves so fast I wouldn't exactly call it a forum.  In their videos there is a comment section (just like Instagram) where you can comment.  I wouldn't exactly call it a forum.  It's a different platform.
