When are HSN and the Q in the same location for their restructureing.

All I heard was "next fall".  They may not yet have a definite date.

QVC Group's official statement said third quarter of 2025 (July/August/September).

I think it could be tough for those hosts from HSN who are so close to retirement to have to make that kind of move.

I have no doubt whatsoever that the HSN identity will be eliminated completely within a year or so.

The 2024 financial statements wrote down the value of the QXH brands by $1.5 billion in a non-cash line item (impairment of an intangible asset.)  I suspect that most of that is related to the $2 billion purchase of HSN.

My opinion and analysis only, of course, but HSN as a separate entity is doomed, in my view.  Hosts can easily be absorbed into the QVC World.

I hope some of the models can continue modeling at Q.  I like that they interact with the hosts in the fashion and beauty shows,   Victoria, Kenya, and Erin are my favorites.
