HSN Issued Me A Sale Price Refund

I am really impressed - I ordered the 'G by Giuliana Black Label Embellished Denim Jean' on February 20, for $79.95. They finally shipped out today, February 26, and in the meantime the jeans are now priced at $49.95, a $30 price difference.

I decided to call to see if HSN would adjust the price and they credited me $30.

I am pleasantly surprised, they are really upgrading their service!

@Ronettes. Why the surprise? That has long been both QVC & HSNs policy. I watch my purchases like a hawk for price reductions. There are caveats.

They have always done that for me......even if it's a $5 refund.

Why be surprised, if it was less than 30 days since the price changed you are entitled to it. Just be aware, if you used a rebate site, your rebate may be voided now. Best to get the refund in Spendable Kash

that happened to me a few weeks ago--I ordered some DG2 jeans and a week later they were $6 cheaper--I called HSN and got that amount credited back within a few days. In fact just returned jeans for an exchange and got them in less than a week---HSN is really good about exchanges--QVC--not so much---

I watch my purchase prices always within 30 days. Q's social team always promptly answers and refunds quickly. They are the best. Sometimes it's only $3 or $5, but I always ask. I know it occasionally pays my shipping back or a slight refund.
