Re: HOW TO RUIN GARDEN SHOWS1

Rick Domeier who was hosting the show with Carolyn had to tell her very plainly to get on with selling, and stop promoting her apron.  It was cringe worthy, I'm not so sure she's that well liked by the QVC staff.

Gardening is supposed to be restful, good for the soul etc etc, and it is.  But watching Carolyn Gracie and Rachel Boesling go totally 'hard sell' today, is giving me a headache.  It's horrible, and truly stopped me watching, and so I didn't buy anything from them.
i wish QVC would listen to the many customers who complain about this regularly.

How do you know how many complaints there are?

You are overdramatic about how he was moving her to the next product to keep it on schedule. Where you conclude that it equates to her not being liked by staff is indicative of your own projection and nothing to do with fact. Trouble making when there isnt any is an unlikeable trait too ya know.

This is both of their livelyhoods. They would not be paired together if they did not like each other. The vendor and QVC  management would certainly have a say in that planning. It would not be beneficial to anyone to have bad relationships work with each other.

I watched Carolyn & Rick and ended up buying one of her lanterns.  I enjoyed the show and I like both of them.

Re: HOW TO RUIN GARDEN SHOWS1

I saw a bit of the programming yesterday and I thought everyone did great.  They were selling, but also having fun.  I don't see anything wrong with that.  It's finally spring and many people are excited.

If there is truly someone I can't stand to listen to, I'll just forward past them, but luckily that doesn't happen very often.

From what I saw, everyone did a great job yesterday.

I do too. Ive never understood the Carolyn criticisms. Boggles my mind. Same with Jill Bauer. I love their voice, cadance, knowledge and imaginative creative ways of saying things that are not robotic. I think Mary DeAngelis is the same

And...Well, my love for Rick and his kind heart, frenetic ways, funny supportive personality will always keep me watching when i can. Love him.

Re: HOW TO RUIN GARDEN SHOWS1

No one has ruined the garden shows as much as Sandra has over the past 2 years. The way she constantly talks and talks and talks, especially over the vendor guests, only a muzzle could solve the situation at this point.

What sells in the world right now is loud and boisterous.  If that's not I want to hear, I don't have to listen unless I see a picture of something I might want more information about.  The volume control on my TV remote gets a workout every day for QVC and much more.

@CABRIT  You and me, too.  I never did like Carolyn and can't stand Rachel. And don't get me started on Sandra!
