@cjm61   As you say "look at the info online as it is much more helpful."

Then what is the point of onair presentations???  Get rid of the hosts/vendors/elaborate sets, lower prices and become a competitie retailer.

@kaydee50 I also stated I watch the video's, which I find extremely helpful, and I can fast forward any parts I don't care to watch. For this reason, I like that they have live programming. I'm aware it may not work for some, but for me it is helpful.

Yes, I agree with @stevieb . Years ago they did sell out of colors and sizes before I could watch in the morning @puppy lips. They would have awesome One Time Only's if the TSV sold out too. Nowadays it's rare for the TSV's to completely sell out.

@cjm61   I would love it if they just had videos of the products and NOT live programming.

@Mz iMac You most certainly should vaccum your mattress. Per Google search:

Yes, you should regularly vacuum your mattress as it helps remove dust, allergens, and other debris that can accumulate over time, promoting a cleaner and healthier sleep environment; this is especially important if you have allergies.

@cjm61   I've read that, too but don't do it on a regular basis. I may spray it in the morning w/ a disinfectant spray and let it air out until the evening when I change the linen. That's as far as I go. I've also read that pillows should be washed regularly. Who has the time for that and won't the pillows fall apart or flatten out when washed often?

If you follow what you read mattresses should be replaced every 10 yrs. ...Not happening here at current prices.

I peruse online, I find it far more manageable than watching.  I'm unfairly critical and rather than watch and hear myself complaining about the most silly things, I just look at the recently aired, keeping my negativity at bay.
