I ordered the Tweak'd Scrub when it was the TSV on 7/14.  They shipped it UPS, transferred it to the Post Office, and it's been SITTING IN NORTHBROOK, IL since 7/20!

Says delivery by 7/23, but today is the 24th and it hasn't moved out of the Post Office yet.

This happens to me too many time when they do that transfer from UPS to the PO.  My package just sits there

I ordered 2 products on 07/05 and they are still in processing, when my husband called to cancel, he was told it is too far in the shipping process?

@nyc1    That has frequently happened to me.  I go to the USPS website and complete their short "missing package" form.  My package has always turned up in 3 or 4 days.  It has usually been misdirected to the wrong city or post office.

@nyc1  Unless my husband physically takes a printout showing our local post office they received an item from UPS it takes forever to receive, when we show them it was received it is usually delivered the next day, the PO claims they just do not have time?

@Kachina624  Agree!  Ordered a D&C item on the 20th another on the 21st.  Both out for delivery.  Maybe things are improving???!!!!

@kaydee50  Would be nice but so many of us are still receiving items weeks after ordering, wrong items, according to Customer Service just this morning Covid is still affecting  ALL aspects of QVC?

Ditto on the speedy delivery of my 2 pairs of Spenco!  I was pleasantly surprised.  As another plus, I tried on both pair (Light Taupe and Irongate Floral) and I like both and the fit is good right out of the box.  For once, everything went right for this QVC order.

@maximillian   I'm very pleased with my shoes too.  So often the Spencoes, even in medium, are too wide for my medium feet, but these are perfect.

I, too, tend to do well with UPS in my market.   Unfortunately, this week, I have a problem that's not QVC's part.  

Something must have happened with UPS on Friday, as my AD order of a perishable food item, as well as another parcel with part of my Amazon AD, got sidelined.  It was 'out for delivery' all day and then, in the evening, I got an email that those two parcels will now be delivered on Monday.

The order from Amazon will be fine, but the meat order from QVC will probably be DOA due to being in a hot truck or hot warehouse for two days already and now  a few more days.  It's been in the 90s here.  The dry ice packets just don't last that many days.    Now that people are saying you can't get ahold of CS here, I am concerned that I will end up not eating the chicken, but eating the $85.  But will have to wait until it's delivered to do anything, as I've already learned that lesson with QVC in the past.  They won't help until it either gets delivered or is definitely lost.
