I, too, tend to do well with UPS in my market.   Unfortunately, this week, I have a problem that's not QVC's part.

Something must have happened with UPS on Friday, as my AD order of a perishable food item, as well as another parcel with part of my Amazon AD, got sidelined.  It was 'out for delivery' all day and then, in the evening, I got an email that those two parcels will now be delivered on Monday.

The order from Amazon will be fine, but the meat order from QVC will probably be DOA due to being in a hot truck or hot warehouse for two days already and now  a few more days.  It's been in the 90s here.  The dry ice packets just don't last that many days.  Smiley Sad  Now that people are saying you can't get ahold of CS here, I am concerned that I will end up not eating the chicken, but eating the $85.  But will have to wait until it's delivered to do anything, as I've already learned that lesson with QVC in the past.  They won't help until it either gets delivered or is definitely lost.

@chickenbutt   If your chicken is ruined, email the moderators at QVCSocialTeam@qvc.com.  They are a huge help and will be able to credit your account.  They're there to help us, but not everyone knows about them.

Re: Great Shipping

[ Edited ]

I think a lot of this is hit and miss. I don't order as much from QVC as I once did because of quality and shipping issues. I have to admit the last two items that I orderd were transferred to USPS and they actually delivered on Sunday morning. The last item was delivered at 4:30am on a Sunday morning. I was impressed, unfortunately the item I ordered was not the quality I expected, had to return. I have to say that anything coming out of the Ontario warehouse is a joke. I just noticed that the last Kim Gravel item that I ordered is coming from this warehouse..good luck to me.

Thank You so much!   I have probably seen this email address here a zillion times but didn't remember it.  Will have to write them.

This chicken has been out there in 90+ degree weather for 7 days now!!   Smiley Frustrated     I can't even imagine!   It was supposedly on the way again yesterday and then disappeared again and now, supposedly, it's on the truck again.   I just dread having it delivered and having to put in my trash can outside that won't be picked up again until next Monday.

Meanwhile, they supposedly delivered that Amazon box w/5 orders in it last night just before 8:00.   Searched the street and nowhere.  At least you can still get ahold of the Amazon CSRs and supposedly they scanned the wrong parcel and now mine is supposed to be delivered today too.  Talked to a very nice man in India.  He said that they are working from home now, so it's good that they can do that.  Smiley Happy

@Kachina624 @CareBears   Hi!    My scan from the 20th still shows at the Northbrook Post Office, which is about 40 mins from me, so I'm not running there to retrieve it if it's actually there.  The QVC Social Team was very efficient and issued credit since I no longer need or want the product.  I wish they could code my account not to ship Mail Innovations.    It will make me truly think about purchases going forward.

My Spenco's came fast too!  No Bridgeport stop; UPS all the way!
