@songbird I find it weird that some of us are getting the same email. I just got it today about the Susan Graver tank top.

The email # given is NOT the same:

1-800-367- 9444

I believe there is a HIGH RISK this is a PHISHING SCAM.

Just now got the message in my email.

This is a BIG MESS for QVC.

I removed all payment methods from my account and will not add anything back until I can be assured that QVC is capable of assuring the safety of their site and their managment of my data.

There is nothing I need from QVC that is worth the hassle of an insecure payment method or QVC adding items to my cart without MY authorization

If you are referencing this phone number, it is indeed a QVC customer service number.  I use it whenever I need to call customer service.

One cannot be too careful these days. 

My spam filter is filled with all kinds of phishing scams.   It is entirely possible that QVC could be used for just this situation. 

I'm cooling my jets on QVC.   

The new ordering process is poorly connected to their inventory and just results in a lot of frustration and loss of trust. 

Their Order Status board is a mess for me.   

Their Returns are slow and appear erratic. 

The Easy Pay stuff takes forever to clear for a Return.
