Well, I just received used merchandise on a new order with the other persons return slip.  Waiting on an answer from the social team.  Washed and worn D&C jeans, purchased as new.  Not as is.  They really are struggling to say the least.

I received an email aboout a Susan Gravel tank being added to my account but nothing has shown up.  I"m assuming this is some sort of spam.

I agree.  I hope QVC notifies EVERYONE about this scam by SNAIL MAIL as well as by email w/the needed info about what YOU should do next.  QVC should then tell the affected members what THEY are going to do or have done so this will not happen again.

 

FWIW.....I received no such email.  I "phone" (landline) in my orders if that makes any difference.

@micjenang I got the EXACT same email today...

I'm going to try to cut and paste it here:

 

Dear QVC Shopper,

We hope this message finds you well. We’re reaching out to inform you of an error that occurred on your account. A product (item # A687808 Susan Graver Modern Essentials Liquid Knit Tank) was mistakenly added to your account that was not intended for you. Please rest assured that we are taking steps to correct this issue. No charges have been applied in relation to this error.

We sincerely apologize for any confusion or inconvenience this may have caused. If you have any questions or notice anything unusual, please don’t hesitate to contact our Customer Service team at 800-367-9444, 7am -1am EST, seven days a week.

So, the above is what showed up in my email INBOX this morning.

WEIRD - Never got anything like this from the Q before in 39 years!!! 

 

I have not read through all the posts in this thread yet, so hoping someone else posts the email also.

If I'm reading all the posts in this thread correctly,

I think this is a SCAMMER Email.

 

I BLOCKED it in my email account.

This is obviously a Phishing email.

BEWARE!

@OutOfTheBlue  It's not a scammer email.

I called QVC Customer Service, and they confirmed the email.  They started going out yesterday.  The rep said it's indeed a valid email from them and the contents of the email, that no one was billed for the item incorrectly placed on the account(s), is correct.

Can't be a scammer if you read the other posts.  At least one person confirmed with QVC.
