They were trying something new??? And it resulted in items being added to other customers' orders?
Words almost fail me - WTH is going on with QVC? Who on earth do they have in their I.T. department, who doesn't know how to test a change before implementing it into the live system?
The very fact that someone could see another person's name and shipping address is an appalling breach of confidentiality. It's a security issue.
I've shopped with QVC for decades, but there is no way I trust their system now. It's a major reason I never store any CC information with them.
Maybe others are right, and their time truly has passed.

Could be the scammers are very busy this week. I got one from AT&A, a call and a message, which seemed to actually come from them. Warning me that I had added 2 iPhone 16s to my account. As if!!!
Be very careful, they are looking more and real.

@Venezia even more scarier to me was that what the CS agent was seeing on his screen was not what was showing on my order status. He did not know I was seeing someone else's name and address as the shipping address. I had to read that information to him so he could report it. He said QVC was trying out something new where there were texting people order updates. I told him I did not receive a text, I received an app notification. He was puzzled by that and also noted that. The tank appeared on 2 orders that had been canceled by QVC. They were waitlist orders and once I scrolled down past what I ordered, I saw the SG tank and someone else's name & address on my orders. Another weird thing was the app notification said my order was cancelled. I knew the waitlist orders were canceled. They were ordered in May. That piqued my interest to put in the order number and that's how I noticed the SG tank on my order. I checked a different order that was also canceled in May and also saw the same SG tank on that order. Whatever QVC is trying is an epic fail!

@songbird Yes, I got the same email this morning about a Susan Graver tank that I never ordered. I thought it was odd. It has not shown up on my orders, and it had better not show up on my bill.

This sounds scammy to me.
A way for someone not QVC to get access to your payment methods.
First of all, I would delete all the payment information you have with QVC for the time being. Then I would call customer service and keep a record of this call. Make QVC CS give you the information they have.
Then check your credit card or payment site to look for unauthorized charges.
Also, check your account details to make sure another shipping address has not been added without your authorization, and all the information listed is accurate. If you have a printer, I would print a copy of this and date it for your reference.
Then go through Order Status and carefully review all the listings, including the "Cancelled" orders. My Order Status is very messed up. I cannot search for items ordered 3 weeks ago without using the order or item #. It is not listing items correctly for me.
This is potentially a very serious issue.
