I've never had this before. The message said that a particular clothing item had been attached to my account by mistake. But that rest assured, this error has been located and pulled from my account. Has this happened to anyone else? I've saved the message.

Yes i got one too that a Susan Graver tank had been charged to my account.

That sounds very odd to me. And I'm assuming the emails have been verified?

I received the same email but no Susan Graver item has been added to my account as of now
I would think it would be in QVC's best interest to post information about this email on their website. One thing I did notice was that this email came from "QVC Customer Care" and it usually says "Customer Care QVC". It was just such a strange message.

Same thing happenedf to me. I rarely order anything from them or HSN anymore.

This happened to me yesterday also. I received an app notification. The Graver tank was added to 2 orders on my account. My billing information but someone else's name and shipping information. One was an address in Colorado and the other an address in New York. I called CS and he said they are aware. It is a system error due to QVC trying something new. The CS reps have a group chat and the agent said they were discussing this in that chat because they have been receiving many calls about this mix up. Since I didn't receive a text or an email, he added my case to the group chat because mine was an app notification. Also my case was different because although the rep could see the tank added to one of my orders, he didn't see it on his end added to another order. He also could not see what I saw and that was someone else's name and address as the shipping address. What he saw on his end was different than what I saw on my end on the computer. He took notes and added them to the CS group chat so other agents could be aware of this.

@Venezia it is true and QVC is aware of the problem as they have been getting many calls about it.
