Flipping through the channel and saw Gary on this morning. 

Couple of questions 

1. Who is the woman with him

2. Where are they 

3  is he married....he's wearing a ring,  I haven't noticed that in the past.

• The woman is Tess.  She was introduced earlier this year as the new substitute D&Co brand ambassador when Gary is unavailable.  Sometimes she joins his shows, just like Susan Graver's sidekick joining her shows.

• They are in CA at the Greenhorn Dude Ranch, kicking off their new line Canyon Retreat under D&Co.

• Gary has always worn his ring.

why do we need an OAP for D&C (who is much much younger than the typical customer?)

the host should be capable of selling the item alone, not with an entire entourage

@ValuSkr Carolyn is the only one that insists on those silly squirrels. When she first introduced Tess, Carolyn said not to worry, Tess would get a squirrel too.  However....

When Gary is with other hosts -- no squirrels. 

When Tess has presented with other hosts -- no squirrels. 

I have not seen Carolyn in a show with Tess alone, so I'm not sure if she got her a squirrel or not.
