Cable guide still says "shopping" for most hours during the day instead of show descriptions. Is anyone else still experiencing this?
Should I contact the "computer team"? Anyone have that email handy?

Last night I was missing the guide info too. Watching QVC on Spectrum cable, so if you are watching on another provider, it sounds like QVC isn't uploading their guide information.
If others watching on Direct TV or have Comcast cable, and they have a correct description, then the issue is with my cable company.
I'll check again tonight and see if it's missing on both QVC and QVC 2 or if its working again.

Hi @Shanus are you looking at the QVC Program Guide? I am seeing programs listed for the main shopping channel.

@Anonymous No, I'm looking at the guide on my TV. My cable company said QVC provides them w/ info for the guide to put in cable listings.

I'm having the same issue. The cable company is: Spectrum. And it just started a couple of days ago. Before that they always listed the program info.

My cable provider is Comcast and it has said "Shopping" for several weeks in the past and for 2 weeks in future on the tv guide.

I'm having the same issue. We are on Spectrum.
It's not a big deal to me though. I kind of like being surprised. LOL
