Their own tediousness is making them lose viewers......but TPTB seem to be more concerned about catching that channel surfer that might make a one time with QVC purchase......does anyone at QVC have a bit of common sense......never mind I think I answered my own question....

It seems like more and more businesses are catering to that new buyer rather than repeat buyers....so they will have an ongoing buyer. I don't get it. you'd think businesses would want to keep buyers rather than fighting over one who may or may not purchase again.

It reminds me of the cable company in this area. I'd been with them 30 years and kept asking if they offered deals for existing or long-term customers. The answer was always no, that the promotions were for new customers. In 2011, I finally changed to a satellite and haven't looked back. My satellite company offers promotions for existing customers. Not all those promos are good for me but some are and I appreciate their efforts to make existing customers happy.

I am quite over that silly song. I fell asleep several nights ago with QVC on. I awoke in the middle of the night because I heard that song screeching in the background. I could not locate my remote fast enough.

The hosts must be ready to jump by now.
