Well its strange but I appreciate everyone's input! I'm in CO and find that things would ship out pretty quickly but sit in various UPS hubs and slowly make it's way. Have not seen so many items that just sit in processing as they seem to now. I've canceled many orders since I had so much time to change my mind!
I'll call CS and report back if it's anything other than a canned response. Thank you!

I forgot I ordered one for DH. I will have to check it out. I never received a shipping notice. I don't need one because I leave my car in the gargage & don't go out when we have nasty weather.
