i live in Hawaii as well so  Free Shipping annoucements most times  are not included. Everybody is excited but not me. Last time i ordered something with the claim of free shipping were not really free for me. I got charged for shipping, but it was not more than $10 S&H so i paid for it with no complaints. I am looking at a Travelon accessory organizer priced at $13.50 and  I completed  all the way to checkout screen. S&H charge is listed, I  think it was something like $7 or $9 (can't recall exact amount) which i would pay .  Another item is the OMNI leg supplement which is listed as $51,48 and the S&H to this product is  $17.19 !  NO FREE  shipping. I suppose.  But $17.19 ?   I just want to know when  does Hawaii  get to participate in this free shipping promotions. In the meantime, I guess i will keep  looking and checking  for other items  that qualify for free shipping to folks from  Hawaii.....

Regarding my post on Free Shipping ,  I didn't  check well why shipping is quoted at $17.19   and it was perhaps because i  left a previous item on the cart. So  for average items that are small not bulky, the S&H charge to send to Hawaii is about a little over $9 dollars for EACH ITEM.  On the bright side, i just saw an airing of a pair of capri jeans from Kim Gravel.  I checked and added to cart,  and WOW!  I can get Free Shipping if i order this  jean from Kim Gravel...

Thank you for your good wishes. However,  I was searching for another item that it might possibly do maybe some good to my hair, but i  want to try it first. I saw  the post of another QVC viewer who possibly lives in Hawaii, and she said she ordered some WEN products  with free shipping to Hawaii.  I have never tried WEN myself, heard a lot and saw those  beautiful models on air and their nice hair. I clicked  for an order of WEN 32oz  cleansing conditioner TEA TREE  listed at  $ 40.98 sale. After signed in and proceeded to cart checkout,  the transaction went from $ 40.98 with SHIPPING AND HANDLING CHARGE OF  $13.97 to Hawaii (one bottle !) and tax 2.47  Grand Total of the purchase  is  $ 57.42  .....How did  that other hawaiian resident get a free shipping order of WEN ?   Did she buy those Gallon sizes perhaps????

Doesn’t seem fair that you have to pay shipping on anything though, when everyone else gets it free. 😔

I've been looking at a pair of Denim & Co. crops that had a price reduction.  Been looking at them a while and would even get emails from QVC as a reminder.  I was going to order it now because of free shipping but noticed it now costs more.

My guess is there is selected free shipping to Hawaii.  Maybe the Fall Fresh Harvest items qualified because they are new and were on air.  Honestly, I don't know how or why they only have selected WEN items for free shipping.  The glossing serum DID have shipping charges, but customer service removed it for me as a one-time courtesy.

On another note, I'm not sure if you are a frequent QVC shopper, so in case you're not, get ready for exhorbitant shipping prices.  $13.97 is standard shipping to HI for the 32 oz. Cleansing Conditioner.

My alternative is to buy directly from chazdean.com, but I wait for sales.  When you spend over $100 (which is easy to do with WEN), the shipping is free.

Chaz is going to have a special on QVC in October which will include Bella Spirit Indigo, so keep an eye out then.

Thank You for your suggestions.  I just think it is  not fair to be saying constantly on tv FREE SHIPPING when it is not for everybody. I  shop at QVC for  mostly products that i don't find them in Hawaii. I prefer to shop at retail stores where i can see the products. QVC is the only online retailer i buy. Used to buy frequently but not anymore. Now it is more ocassionally once a month or every 2 months. As for WEN products, i thought to give it a try with a basic product such as tea tree. I don't use mousse or other products. I use just shampoo and conditioner, not even hair spray. (used to years ago). 

There are also other products that  i tried to to order and i was willing to pay for the shipping. I do not understand why they can't be ship to Hawaii. Vionic pumps and sneakers aren't allowed, and clarks sandals or flip flop alsos, But luckily i bought 2 pairs of Clarks sandals at  Macy's store this past July when they had the sale. I know some electronics with battery aren't  allowed  such as Halo. But i managed to order one and ship to my friend in Ohio  and i picked it up when i traveled to visit her. 

My point is would be nice to be part of that free shipping promotion. OK, it is more expensive to ship to Hawaii, i understand, but perhaps a reduced shipping rate or a flat rate depending on the size and weight  can be incentive enough to do more shopping at QVC during that  Free Shipping promotion period.
