QVC advertised free shipping on all beauty on 8-12-23. I ordered and eye brow product as the hosts were saying free shipping on all beauty products all day long. I was charged shipping anyway. I contacted customer service and the first person said they would take the shipping charge off my order. That didn't happen so I contacted customer service the next day and they said they would forward this to the finance department. We'll see what happens.

They never advertise free shipping days in advance. I usually check the app daily . I'm afraid if I don't check it, that will be the day they do the free shipping!
