I "successfully" cancelled some regular orders & waitlist orders & have the screenshots to prove it... then they still showed up! Some even had apology letters sent ahead of their arrival from CS saying that they were sorry but the item still shipped... "you can return at no charge".... yadda yadda

 

This at a time of year when we don't need extra things to do, like return items we cancelled or (as in my case) never ordered!?

I would never place an order thinking I could cancel it.

HSN gives you a few hours to cancel an order.  QVC does not allow you 5 mins.  Then it stays in procssing for days.

I only get from QVC what I need, not what I want like I use to for years.
