Sorry if someone has already posted about this.
I just tried to cancel an order I placed less than an hour ago and was told it cannot be done. It is already in process because of the holiday rush. So be careful before you hit the order button this weekend - apparently it cannot be undone. I was told that I would not be charged return shipping but that was all they could do.

If your order was coming from the Rocky Mount, NC distribution center, they had a massive fire last night.
If it was, you may get a cancellation notice, keep checking your order status to see if it actually ships or shows cancelled.

@KingstonsMom Wow, that'll cause a major snarl in the works. Is this the QVC or UPS facility? I had 2 orders ship from there early this past week. Hopefully they're on the road.

It was the QVC distribution center in Rocky Mount, NC.
It was a massive fire and so far 3/4 of it was destroyed.

Re: Fire at QVC’s NC distribution center

@KingstonsMom I bet the fire was the reason they canceled live programming on Q2 today. They'll need to reassess their inventory to see if they can sell many products. What a mess for QVC staff when they've had so much to deal with. TPTB must want to sit down and cry.

The employees are crying too, they've lost their livelihood for a year or more, while they re-build.....if they do at this same site.

@KingstonsMom I looked up the Rocky Mount website. It seems to be just East of Nashville and there are several large employers in town. QVC wasn't even mentioned in the top 20, so there are presumably other jobs available in the area plus Nashville is in commuting distance.

@Kachina624 , just to be clear, Nashville NC, not Nashville TN. I had never even heard of Nashville NC, so I immediately thought Nashville NC and said that can't be right.

Yes, the fire was at the NC distribution center
