I have had my eye on a D&C fleece zip front coat that I bought two of last year but could use a smaller size. I checked today. The cost increased over $5 to cover the “free shipping.” The inventory is still low and no reorder to account for this increase other than to recoup their shipping cost. Now that I truly dislike. It’s sleazy pricing games.

@SunValley

I agree with you.  I’ve shared before that at one point in time I had my eye on a tank and duster set. When there was a free S&H day I checked the set. The price had gone up $8.00. Of course, I did not get it. I wonder how many times the prices are raised for “free” shipping.

I am soooooo done here!

@MalteseMomma   The Customer Service if you email the QVC Social Team is superb.  I've gotten prompt and courteous attention to my QVC issues and a great amount of help. I have never been dissastisfied with contacting the Mods here for customer  service via email.

By telephone, not so much.  Smiley Sad  The past two times I called Customer Service by telephone (fairly recently because I didn't have computer access to email at the time) both representatives (on different days) were so rushed that they did not listen to what my problem was - at all.  After waiting on hold for quite a while to get a CS person, it was a very frustrating experience for them not to listen or to misunderstand to what my issues was.  Waste of time.

When I really think about it, there's absolutely nothing I can't live without, or worth the frustration of dealing with them.

Re: Farewell QVC

[ Edited ]

I don't know why QVC is having such troubles.  I realize HSN is a smaller company, but I never have problems with it, no matter what I buy.  The other day I ordered a nail polish from Dior.com.  It arrived yesterday - free shipping, samples, a lovely thank you note in the box.  Nordstrom, Amazon, Neiman-Marcus, Saks, Tiffany, etc., etc. - they all knock it out of the park and QVC is lagging behind.

have been reading these forums for more years than I will admit, and there is always complaining.   but recently it's different and not in a good way.

if the forums represent the audience at large, it is not good for the Q

So far the good has out weighed the bad, so I am not saying goodbye to QVC. Customer Service has been great. But the shipping is abysmal and I know from experience to be careful and check pricing on free ship days.
