Eye strain already...

[ Edited ]

...from new font and lightness of printing.  Very poor decisions for both TV and web site fonts for both of those.  Cannot see font on TV because it is too small & too light, and cannot read it on web site either for same reasons.  And it is too grey rather than a sharp black which is easier to read.  Lets face it, I believe most people use a phone or tablet now because of portability to search & purchase items, not wanting to be tied down to a computer with a 21 inch screen.  It is very difficult to read now causing eye strain & headache.  I'm done.

I'm not having a problem with product pictures loading, maybe it is your browser?  Maybe try powering off & back on or closing QVC window completely & reopening as a new window?  I'm not too familiar with electronics lately.  Good luck!  I just cannot read this small light grey font both on web site & on TV screen.

Several years ago my workplace started using a similar lighter font because they said it saved on ink when printing.  I did get used to it (I also had my cataracts removed, and that REALLY helped!).

Wonder if these are among all those fabulous new changes QVC has promised... If so, anyone impressed? No, I thought not... Changing the fonts, an unremarkable new logo, changing show names and hosts... Eh, somehow that just doesn't get it...

TV: I can't read the small boxes of information about what the product is that is being talked about along with what price is that QVC has on the left hand side of TV screen. Too small. Make it bigger & legible QVC.

I was going to put in my complaint about this very thing this morning. The computer gremlins must not have had anything to do to change to this horrible font. Now this has gone the way of many recipe books printed in light and smaller print, which I return when I see that. Why should one have to struggle to read something? What are they thinking? Think it looks cool? Modern? What? QVC is working on losing my business fast with all the running ads on their website, all the pop ups I am getting on my homepage, and now this! I thought they were a secure website, but now I do not think so. I cannot look at something on QVC without pop ups immediately appearing on my homepage. Someone is ruining things and my days are going to be numbered with this way of shopping unless some changes are made back to what it used to be.

@Scorpio1971"Cannot see font on TV because it is too small & too light, and cannot read it....."

Check your TV Display settings as well as the color specturm.  Read your tv user manual on how to custom set.

"on web site either for same reasons.  And it is too grey rather than a sharp black which is easier to read."

Go into your browser(s) Preferences to change the size, type as well as the color of your fonts.

Most browsers right on its menu bar, will have font size adjustments.  Example: Waterfox browser custom font size looks like this--> Screen Shot 2019-02-06 at Wed, Feb 6, 2019-12.12.45 PM.png

Minus sign, I can decrease the font size.

Plus sign, I can increase the font size.

I have a 30" screen iMac.  Glasses on I keep it on 100%.  Glasses off, 133%.  I don't wear glasses around the house.
