Exactly!  Too small & too light.

@dex and @GSPgirl - Some people using iPads have been experiencing this issue lately with the Safari browser; if you delete your cache and cookies, close the browser, and then open again, it may help you see the pictures (even if it's only temporary). If your problem is viewing pictures through the QVC app, perhaps try uninstalling and then reinstalling it to see if new problems have been introduced with the recent site changes. Good luck!

I suppose there are all kinds of work-arounds, setting changes and so on for various devices, apps and TV's but the simple reality is that you really shouldn't have to change settings or make special adjustments for a single entity. QVC's brand of technology has become somewhat notorious for not being user friendly.

@Mz iMac

If you go to the HSN channel you will see the significant difference between the size & type of font & darkness of the black print.  Apparently QVC is expecting everyone to use a huge screen TV or a large computer screen.  And most people are also using tablets & phones...this is the problem with these changes.  Size & type of font and light grey color is not acceptable for small devices & smaller TV screens.  As you stated you are using a huge 30 inch iMac screen and are probably sitting 1 foot away.  Go use a phone or 8 inch tablet or a 36" TV set clear across the room and then let me know if you can see it.  Thank you for your suggestions.

@Scorpio1971

You're welcome

"Go use a phone or 8 inch tablet or a 36" TV set clear across the room and then let me know if you can see it."

Sorry, I do not own any moble devices (iOS).  However, I do have a 40" tv in bedroom which I did turn to HSN & QVC.

I now see what everyone is fonting about regarding the light print on their tv.  On my tv the print style is "different" & thinner like someone else mentioned in this thread.  The "grey/light black Smiley Tongue " font color could be bolder but I can still see/read w/o my \O~O/

The only "light" print I see is the "telephone number."  That I cannot see from across the bedroom.  Need my \O~O/ to see the numbers.

I see no changes on the website using my iMac or 15" screen MBP.  Browser set at 90% font size on MBP.

Website very linear, minimalist...first impression was...cold.

I'm using a desktop, 24 inch screen...font size increased to 175% to read it...letters need darkening.

Printing on TV much too small and light.  Must walk to the 48 inch TV screen to read it...was OK before.

Q font needs to be larger, bolder, and darker color without the square lines around it.  Was it tested in the marketplace?
