@Scorpio1971 wrote:...from new font and lightness of printing. Very poor decisions for both TV and web site fonts for both of those. Cannot see font on TV because it is too small & too light, and cannot read it on web site either for same reasons. And it is too grey rather than a sharp black which is easier to read. Lets face it, I believe most people use a phone or tablet now because of portability to search & purchase items, not wanting to be tied down to a computer with a 21 inch screen. It is very difficult to read now causing eye strain & headache. I'm done.
Absolutely agree, can hardly see a thing

My vision is 20/20, yet l find the new graphics difficult to read on my high-def TV. How is this an improvement over before?? I had no problem reading the previous-style graphics. ![]()

I have to agree. I can no longer watch QVC because my eyesight is not real great. I had no trouble before somebody decided to change things. I can't figure out why they think this is an improvement.

If your problem is viewing pictures through the QVC app, perhaps try uninstalling and then reinstalling it to see if new problems have been introduced with the recent site changes. Good luck!
Thank you!

QVC's brand of technology has become somewhat notorious for not being user friendly.
A simple DITTO here.
Why should we be making adjustments on our equipment to make their poor changes visible onscreen or on tv when names, numbers, etc. used to be visible before QVC changed its graphics?

Check your TV Display settings as well as the color specturm. Read your tv user manual on how to custom set.
"on web site either for same reasons. And it is too grey rather than a sharp black which is easier to read."
Go into your browser(s) Preferences to change the size, type as well as the color of your fonts.
Most browsers right on its menu bar, will have font size adjustments. Example: Waterfox browser custom font size looks like this-->
Minus sign, I can decrease the font size.
Plus sign, I can increase the font size.
I have a 30" screen iMac. Glasses on I keep it on 100%. Glasses off, 133%.
I don't wear glasses around the house.
Where did you find a 30" iMac screen @Mz iMac ? WOW... my desktop is the largest Apple has at 27".... Or I thought it was.. 🤔
((My TV is a 45".....I have it pulled 4 feet away from me now to view on the TV.... I only have one TV but it feels like it's right in my lap.))
My website size is fine at about 125 to 150%......it's the TV. I do not use an iphone app nor even have an iphone nor want one....don't do FB nor twitter or others....

I should have corrected that. My iMac screen size is 27". although from monitor corner to corner it's 30 1/2".
I view websites full screen.

I completely agree with you! The graphics were terribly awful & the change hasn’t made them any better! I have a large screen tv mere feet from my bed & have to lean forward & squint to see much of the information. I checked the other shopping channels on my cable service....they all have big enough graphics which are colored with a good contrast. No need for squinting!
The powers that be thought all this graphic change was a good thing???
sorry QVC, it’s just not any kind of improvement.
