My hands are so dry they’re cracking and I’ve tried so much with no relief. I went to Sephora and they had me try Kiel’s Ultimate Strength Hand Salve. I got home and read reviews and ordered it. Does anyone know of more brands that help with my condition? Thank you!!

O'Keeffe's working hands cream.  My hands used to be horrible.  The cracks were sometimes painful.  Happens to my feets as well, my heels and top of toes.  I've been using it on one particular toe and it's greatly improved in just 2 days.  I'be used both the hand cream on the feet too.  When at their worst, I'd wear an old pair of gloves (my mom was a crossing guard and I used those).  I'd wear them to bed.  Works extremely well for me.

I'm not sure if it's the product. Try applying hand cream or lotion EVERY time you wash your hands.

I'd recommend CereVe Healing Ointment. Just use a little. It's really not greasy after you rub it in, and seems to really work.

@tundracat Yes, that is the brand my dermatologist always recommends.

Re: Extreme dry hands - What Helps!!

I find running a humidifier in my bedroom helps with dry skin a lot. When the furnace is running it is pulling moisture out of the air. You need to add as much back in as you can. My dry hands aren't nearly as bad when I have the humidifier running close to my bed.

Never tried Beekman 1802. Im very surprised that you dont like it. I like the First Aid Cream. Creams doesnt have water in them like lotions. Thats what my doctor said.

You can get the First Aid Cream at QVC. I get mine at Ulta.

@RescueLover.  I've used Avon Moisture Therapy Intensive Healing and Repair for years.  I've tried others and always so back to the Avon, which I get on sale very inexpensively..

I recently tried Beekman Hand Cream.  What a waste of money as it's an absolutely useless product.

This is my favorite hand cream also.  When my kids were young my hands would almost bleen they were so dry and the Avon moisture therapy was the only thing that helped.  I recently ordered it from amazon.
