Re: Extraordinary & What it’s all about

@Kachina624

Sometimes posts go a left rather quickly so I referred to him by DV bc I didn't want it misconstrued as derogatory in any way. No other reason at all..

Yes! I'm so glad to read someone else counted something a host did. My Mr hates watching it with me so we have a routine. If said host says/does thier "thing" #20xs he gets to turn and I watch on my iPad. If they don't hit 20 he watches no matter an hr show or 4hr show.

we.are.weirdo's ☺️☺️

tonite he's said if David calls the temptation food tent extraordinary we're turning instantly 🫣

My goodness I wish I was taught that way! I am guilty of sentence structure for sure so I am going to remember this next time I need to use fewer or less. Wow, I'm 60yr and just learned something new.

pawfetti food tent...🤔 for pet owners food or pet food? I'm weirded out by pawfetti dishes only bc I can't figure out who it's for.

Re: Extraordinary & What it’s all about

Everyone seems to have their phrase and say it repeatedly. Mary D has to start every single sentence with "THIS" with a pause, and then continues with her sentence. It drives me insane as she's always announcing. I just want her to talk normal, or Pat saying "that's the beauty of it". I wouldn't have the patience to count the number of times as mostly I have to turn it off because now I notice it.

DV has become a predictable, repetitious bore.  Have better things to do with my time than listen to his prattle.

That's why if I got to vote someone off QVC island, he would be the first to go.

Jane, a close second.

Sometimes I think if I hear "beautiful" and "cute" used one more time, especially in clothing descriptions, I'll scream.  It seems as though there just aren't enough suitable adjectives in the English language to describe extraordinary objects.

Any reason why people can't use David Venable's name when referring to him?  He has a name and is not widely known as DV.

I sometimes call him Mr. Happy Dance, though haven't seen him do it much lately. Sometimes I tune in just to catch him do it and that silly yummy expression he used to do when tasting something good. But alas, since he doesn't much indulge in desserts anymore...I miss the old David who loved and enjoyed food.
