I received a bathing suit last Saturday and I didn't like the print on me. The next day, Sunday, I emailed qvceasyreturns.com and told them I wanted to exchange for a different color. Monday I received an email back saying they put through the exchange. The new suit was mailed the next day and now Friday I have it. So exchange was processed and new one received in less than 1 week. Can't beat that!

Thank you, everyone, for the great responses. I will e-mail the social team to see if they can help me. Unfortunately, the size and color I want in the exhange is no longer available (of course...its free shipping day). In any event, I may just try to exchange for the same color, but in a smaller size.

 

Hopefully I will get some resolution. If not, oh well. I got my $69 dollars back in my account, so its all good! Thank you all again for the good ideas!

Next time you want to exchange something, email qvceasyreturns.com and tell them what you want to exchange. It is the fastest way as they process your request fast and send out the new item before it sells out!
