Every Time I Turn On QVC...

[ Edited ]

They are selling socks, throws, or pajamas.  Just how many can you buy?

I like that stuff. Won't get to use it a lot because we don't get cold enough but when we can it's great. I love comfy cozy. Better than the alternative of getting dressed up everyday.

The material in those pajamas are just too hot for me. I can't wear the sherpa ones, etc.

Need a cotton blend.

Re: Every Time I Turn On QVC...

Every time I leave the house I get dressed as if I was going to work.

But the minute I go into the garage, I start removing everything.  That includes jewelry, you name it.

I like wearing clothes around the house that are all very old and all cotton.

I once went to Goodwill to try to find some T-shirts that were old and all cotton.  They wanted so much money for them I walked out with nothing.

Summer, winter, spring or fall, I like all cotton shirts.  I like them after they've been washed over and over and (well you get it).

@Stevie Nix I don't know how many YOU can buy but there is a huge market for QVC and in this weather people are buying these items.

I don't know why people fuss about this stuff.

@Stevie Nix  I keep seeing slippers, day after day. Yesterday their Sketchers

TSV was their rage, turned it on earlier and now its Clarks slippers but add $10

or $15 to the price.

I think they're on frequently because they're good gift items, without breaking the bank.

In my case, relishing all things cozy these days, I love to see them and have a hard time passing them up -- for ME.  I could never have enough.

Re: Every Time I Turn On QVC...

Here in the northeast people spent a lot of time last winter and spring at home during lockdown, during the cold weather, much of it in PJs and warm socks. I imagine they need to be refreshed. Looks like we will be spending lots of time at home again- schooling, shopping, working, even worshipping at home. In addition, many families buy new PJs for Christmas- tradition.

While I am not in the market for these items I did gift DDIL cute PJ's last Christmas, among her gifts.

I keep my house cooler than most as I cannot deal with a high heating bill. In the evenings I wear warm PJs, socks or slippers. One thing I have in abundance is throw blankets, in many sizes, colors and textures. Not looking to buy any more $$$ throws for myself or gifts, as everyone I know also has an abundance of throws

Plenty! They make great Christmas gifts, and stocking stuffers; ESPECIALLY the cabin socks, and beautiful, warm novelty Berkshire blankets.😁

And every time I turn it on they are squealing over some food item........or Philosophy.

Or maybe it just seems that way.
